Tin litho and celluloid wind-up. Includes scarce original box with nice colored graphics. Box is missing one side flap and has slight tear on front lid. Marked "King Features Syndicate". Toy itself has very little wear. Celluloid figures of Brutus and Popeye are clean and bright.
