Circa 1935. Comes in very scarce original box with partial paper label. Made in Japan. Pre-war. Unauthorized Popeye toy. There is a big difference between this toy and other licensed Popeye toys, one eye is always closed while these are both open. Very small dent on nose tip. Original pipe and clothing. Tin feet. Some slight fading to hat.
Condition: (Excellent).
