Original figure marked "Made in USA" and "King Features Syndicate 1939" on back. Cycle looks to be original. Embossed "Patrol" on both sides of gas tank. Original rubber wheels. Small crack where fender meets body of bike. Uniform amount of paint chipping and wear on figure and bike.
