Old ball pump and date is stamped 9-28-1917 on the base. Gorgeous dispenser and appears to have not been used. Unusual colors on lettering and wonderful gold banding survival, coupled with a body that has a strong original shine and little to no wear. That could possibly indicate that this was a prototype design piece?
