Pre-war. 1935 to 1936 transition set with mixed boxes and trim on locomotive. Includes master carton for 262E locomotive and tender and individual boxes for 600, 601, 602, and 262T. Set includes a scarce 262E with mixed nickel and brass trim, 262T tender, 600 gray and red pullman, 601 gray and red observation car, and 602 gray and red Lionel Lines baggage car. Boxes are in excellent plus condition. Locomotive box 262 is rubber stamped "E" in excellent plus condition with original insert, but with some tape repair to one end flap. 262T tender box is in excellent plus condition. Master carton 262E loco and tender is in very good condition with three end flaps detached and one inner end flap missing. Locomotive in excellent plus to like-new condition and well as the tender. Passenger cars are in excellent plus to like-new condition. Baggage car shows slight fading to Lionel Lines lettering on one side, otherwise excellent plus to like new condition. All five pieces include original wrapping paper. Unique and hard to find a better set.Pre-war Train
