Unknown fish decoy, appearing to be made of Bakelite, Rhinestone eyes, having mounted side fins and tail, inserted 3 hole line tie marked PAT MOD B17. Total length of 4-3/4", it is in excellent condition and retains the original Oliver's Auction tag.
