The double sided porcelain insert in this wooden folding chair states "For Cigarettes Virginia Tobacco is the Best Piedmont The Virginia Cigarette". Chair was once painted green and some green remains on the porcelain, but can be removed using the proper effort and/or chemicals. Circa 1920's.
