Extremely rare musky 200 Surface special, outfitted with heavy duty line tie, rear hook hanger, and oversized "toilet seat" hardware. This red head white body, glass eyed, belly stenciled 200 was originally drilled at the factory for typical 2 piece or toilet seat hardware, and then rigged with custom made double hooks and the heavy duty hardware found on their large game fish baits. Condition is impeccable, appearing to be unfished, blemish free in its original "Brush" era box handwritten on one end Special 202 RH, as found. An extraordinary Heddon bait.
