Complete with it's original and crisp condition cardboard tube, this 9', 5-3/4 oz Aristocrat, made by Goodwin Granger Company of Denver, CO is in excellent/excellent+ condition. Three piece with two tips. No broken tips, appearing to be straight with tight,original wraps and a warm golden varnish, just a few spots of varnish tackiness. Cork handle appears to be clean, perhaps never having been used. Reel seat is clean and shiny, with no wear, clearly marked with the 1938 patent date and patent #. This is a super condition rod and would be difficult to find one much nicer.
