This 13-1/2" long speed boat is powered by burning denatured alcohol to heat water into steam. There are no moving parts. The body is aluminum, the top is unpainted, and the hull is a candy blue. Within is a cotton wick extending from the alcohol reservoir, and a copper tube. It comes in a dovetailed wooden case with a sliding top. The outside of the top says "Phantom" and the inside has the instructions, and is signed, numbered, and dated, "Boat #6 of 10, 12/1/93".
