This is a wind up tin lithographed tricycle with driver and a cart with a passenger. Both figures have mechanical features: the man turns his head and pedals his vehicle, and the woman moves her arms up and down. She also has a fur collar and a fabric dress and handkerchief. Cart does not fasten securely to vehicle, and there is surface dirt and wear on lithograph.
Condition: (Good).
