Features a bisque head clown with blue glass inset eyes, open forward/closed mouth with painted teeth, and clown painted decoration. Wears a silk clown costume and holds a metal rod and a whip in left hand. When crank in music box is turned, music plays, clown winds goats tail like crank, and the head of the goat goes up and down. The goat also pulls a string which rings the bell on the pole. Some fraying to the clown's costume and some dust to the wool of the goat.
