Offered is a handsome, lever actuated tobacco cutter from the late 19th Century that has been named "The Champion Knife Improved". It was made by the Enterprise Mfg. Co. of Philadelphia, PA and has Patent dates of July 25, 1871 and January 20, 1885. The horseshoe shaped housing contains the guillotine style blade. This is the first example we have seen with the rare plug cutter and match holder attachments.

Condition: (Excellent).
