Has two neon bands; a white outer band, and light blue inner bands which provide a nice warm glow. The clock spins and operates quietly and perfectly. The front glass has only a few small paint nicks above the word "Milk" and the inner face is quite clean with no wear. Some light pitting and rubbing on the chrome bezel with light case wear. 8.7 - 9.1.
