This sign was made by Allen - Morrison and the "Refresh Yourself" wording at the top with the green background was factory painted over the top of a large five cents. The sign only has some staining and very light wear with some mild tiny dot pitting within the border. There are some large chips and scrapes on the border edges especially at the bottom. The button just has some light wear and a few short scratches. 7.3 - 7.8.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
