This is a very clean example with some slight age toning and ambering of the color. Almost no marks or wear but there is a good bit of spider webbing rust lines underneath the paint. At the top is a WWII Navy girl with hat. All of that appears stable and doesn’t seem to be about to affect the paint surface. Virtually impossible to improve upon this example. 9.3 – 9.6.
