This clock is reminiscent of the Ingraham octagonal school house clock from the early 20th Century, including the clock face with the faded red lettering and "Regulator" marked on the bottom glass. However, the inside of the clock reveals that it was manufactured by the Hyashi Clock Co. and has Japanese characters written on the back panel. The pendulum is in nice condition and it includes the winding key. Circa 1950s.
