An amusing cutter obviously employed for advertising purposes. In this case it appears Chatfeld’s Roofing Supplies ordered and gave these cutters away to regular customers in order to promote their roofing supply business. Picking up the dogs tail and placing the cigar tip in the dogs hind quarter allowed you to clip your cigar. Hmm, not sure I`d smoke that cigar now?
