A classic & whimsical clockwork cutter featuring a gentleman sitting atop a brick chimney. When the cigar tip is depressed in the hole on the facial plate, the clockwork mechanism trims the cigar tip while the gentleman lowers his arm, removing the cigar from his mouth and poking his tongue out. Finished in copper with red highlighting to the lettering. A most appealing cutter both visually and in rarity as well. Overall excellent condition with some touch up to the red lettering.
