A rare clockwork cutter with dual wicks to light one`s cigar from the kerosene globe. Finished in its original blackened copper, this seldom found cutter features a distinguished gentleman standing by his desk. When the cigar tip is placed into the hole on top of the desk and depressed, the clockwork mechanism automatically clips off the cigar tip. The glass globe indicates that this particular lighter was in place at a shop in Utica, N.Y., Stevens & Lockart. Great elaborate castings and perhaps one of the most impressive cutters not only in appearance/appeal but in condition as well.

Condition: (Excellent).

Item Dimensions: 9-½" x 6-½ " x 16-½ "
