Another rare & obscure cigar cutter featuring the Palmer Cox Brownies, which were quite the rage during the late 19th & early 20th century. Relatively simple in appearance with a clockwork cutter mechanism, raised lettering and a pair of standing Brownie figures including the “Millionaire Brownie”. Overall it appears to be in very nice original nickel finish, and there are no other known examples of this cutter to exist!
Condition: (Very Good).
