The same figure utilized in the Childs Cigar cutter. This particular example has a reverse half bell attached to his feet. In original darkened with age finish, this unique character was used to hold newspapers down from frequent breezy conditions at railroad stations or street newsstands. A nice accompanying piece for the Childs cigar cutter.
