Clockwork mechanism. Looks to be pre-war. Marked "Jambu Skuter" on front of scooter. Also marked "Made in India". Has celluloid rider with clown-type clothing. Lithography of mostly rabbits on rear. Wear to celluloid head of driver. Some oxidation on bottom and some darkening to litho.
