Consists of: First Set - No. 248 Locomotive, red version, missing a coupler on one end, needs to be re-geared. Has scratches and paint chips throughout. Some wear on the rubber stamped letter, in very good condition. Original box does not have insert and is missing one end. No. 629 Pullman - complete and all original, scratching and paint chips throughout, good condition. Original box is missing one end. No. 630 Observation Car, complete and all original, paint is scratched and worn, missing the observation railing, air conditioned. Original box is missing some flaps. Original set box is a good box with normal wear and tear. Late 1920’s era. Second set - No. 248 Locomotive – Early with the strap headlights and the combo couplers. Orange version. Has been re-wheeled, some corrosion on couplers, some scratches and paint chips, in very good condition. No. 529 Pullman, orange with green trim, complete and all original, scratches and paint chips, mainly on the roof, in very good condition. No. 529 Pullman, complete and all original, in excellent condition. No. 530 Observation Car, complete and all original, minor paint loss on the roof, corrosion on the coupler, in very good condition. Two original boxes, significant repair and wear. Set box, label is quite worn, missing a section of the top label.
