This was an uncatalogued set from 1941. Consists of: No. 258 Locomotive – Grey, complete and all original, minor dent in the cab roof, otherwise in like new condition. Original box is missing both ends. No. 1689W Tender – nickel journals, latch couplers, roller pickup in the center of the frame, complete and all original, excellent plus condition. Box is for a No. 1689T box, missing one end. No. 1679 Baby Ruth Boxcar - complete and all original, minor scratching and paint chips on the roof, excellent condition. Original box missing one end. No. 1680 Sunoco Tank Car – silver, complete and all original, grey ends, excellent to like new condition. Original box has tape repairs and missing some flaps. No. 1689 Caboose - complete and all original, blackened journals, in like new condition. Original box missing both ends. Set box has a 7003W label with a stamp “Special”, does have “Christmas Trains” written in magic marker on box lid, general wear and stains.
