Has a wooden face with metal back and small neon tubing going around the perimeter of the sign. Tubing is in good condition. Very light dust staining. Unsure of working condition, it does have a transformer. We were told that these were put in the rear windows of cars on the display floor, we have sold ones dated 1938 and 1939.
