Round blued steel barrels with solid matte rib with integral claw mounts and flip-up rear sight activated when safety is disengaged. Right barrel marked "With Müchler Söhne Gewehr Fabrique" and other barrel marked "Neuen Radei Westf.", both barrels marked "KRUPP STAHL" in a circle and "Nitro" with a Nitro proof. Scalloped boxlock action engraved with scrolls and foliage on side and bottom. Breeches with Greener crossbolt and cocking indicators for each barrel on the top behind breeches. Left side has a chiseled panel scene of four deer and right side a scene of a running buck and doe. Bottom of action inlaid "Müchler". Top of action tang with checkered push button selector to choose rifle or shotgun barrels. Inlaid safety on left side of stock with safety selector and a carved horn trigger guard. Double triggers, one a set trigger, extractors. Highly figured semi-pistol grip buttstock with shaped checkered panels on each side of grip. Large relief ovoid cheekpiece on left side, bottom of buttstock has a compartment for three shells with engraved flip-up lid featuring a duck flying through a swamp and sling swivels. Checkered splinter forend with Deeley release. Period Landlicht scope 4x56 with German reticle with clear optics. Very good condition. Re-blued barrels retain 80-90% finish with wear on both sides of barrels and scattered nicks and marks from use. Action retains a light brown patina. Bores and mechanisms are excellent. Stock is good with heavy wear to checkering on both wrist and forend and scattered marks from use. Scope retains approximately 80% blue finish, thinning in some areas, eyepiece is rusted with some cleaned areas, optics are clear.
