Tall, highly polished metal gum dispenser. The front of this side vendor features a square red field with silver star, beneath that a circular red field with a ring of stars, and at the bottom of the dispenser a red half moon shape that reads "PATD APRIL 4 1911". Inside the back door is marked "MLB 3556".
