This sign was made by The John L. Dawes Mfg. Co Pittsburg Pa. It has a very appealing and colorful design with an illustration of a waterfall and bridge from Tumwater, Wa. The sign is titled “It’s The Water”. The ornate wooden frame is in very good condition with no issues. The sign is in excellent condition with only a few tiny touch ups on the bottom border that are barely visible to the naked eye and only mentioned for accuracy.
