Sign has a wood and gesso frame. The oval sign itself has an image of a bald eagle tending to her three eaglets in her nest. The P.H.C. has inlaid Mother of Pearl and looks fantastic. There are a couple areas of minor flaking with a few touch-ups, but this piece displays quite well and is very unique.
