The front plaque reads "Scudders Gale 5¢ Buffalo Cigar". The cigar cutter was made by Brunhoff Mfg. Co. Cincinnati, Ohio. It is in working order. When the top levers are moved left or right, the cutter is activated. There is some soiling and oxidation to the back of the front plaque.

Condition: (Very Good).
