Heavy octagonal barrel is unmarked, rifled bore, rear sight is absent. Flat unmarked percussion lockplate. Walnut half-stock with brass nosecap, four-piece patchbox, buttplate and triggerguard, silver half-moon inlay above cheek-piece and oval wrist escutcheon. Berks County form. Double set triggers. Good condition. Barrel retains a brown patina with some pitting around breech, missing rear sight. Lock requires attention, as hammer will not release. Lock retains a brown patina with some pitting around bolster. Stock good, shows scattered marks from use, a chip forward of bolster and cracks in wrist and forend. Brass retains mellow patina.
