Octagonal smoothbore barrel. Three small proofmarks on left side of barrel near the breech. Barrel decorated at muzzle and breech with two relief gold bands, edges inlaid with gold, silver koftgari scrollwork on each flat. Flat lockplate decorated with worn silver koftgari patterns. Cast silver furniture, with high relief military motifs, florals and scrolls, waterproof pan. Walnut full length stock relief carved with shells, borders, and repeating patterns. Good condition. Barrel retains grey patina, koftgari work shows some wear, 1-3/4” section of gold edge on right side towards muzzle is missing. Lock is a grey patina in very good condition, silver decoration shows heavy wear and losses in some areas. One lock screw is missing. Silver furniture is very good, showing some marks from use and triggerguard bow bent slightly. Stock good, cracked through wrist and missing a small piece of wood above front tang of lock, crack on right side, near muzzle and scattered marks from use.
