Blued round barrels with solid matte rib, right barrel rifled .44 caliber and left barrel 12-bore. Front blade sight and engraved rear sight with ramp. Rib marked “N. LEWIS MAKER TROY N…” Patent breeches, case-hardened back action percussion locks, double set triggers. Case-hardened steel furniture and patchbox. Partially figured walnut half stock with steel crescent buttplate, wooden ramrod. Excellent condition. Barrels retain about 40-50% faded and thinning blue finish, with scattered dark spots. Locks and furniture retain 60-70% faded case colors. Stock excellent. Overall, shows little use and almost no wear, bores excellent.
