Octagonal browned heavy target barrel signed “R.H.” on top flat in script with “No. 94” inscribed on left side near patent breech. Rear ramp sight with adjustable windage and elevation as well as long rail, extending behind barrel tang for mounting a scope. Oversized case-hardened percussion lock, signed “R.H.” in script. Oversized brass mounts. Four piece brass patchbox, double spur triggerguard with double set triggers, full sideplate and faceted ramrod ferrules, nosecap has brass extension for resting on bench. Figured maple full-length stock with relief carving around wrist, comb, lock and sideplate, incised carving behind cheekpiece. Excellent condition, showing little use, a few light scattered storage marks. Ramrod missing.
