Manufactured in 1902. Blued barrels, solid matte rib with single silver bead, marked "PARKER BROTHERS, MAKERS, MERIDEN, CONN. VULCAN STEEL." Case-hardened boxlock action marked "PARKER BROS." on both sides with rocker panel engraved borders. Double triggers, extractors, automatic safeties. Blued triggerguard with tang engraved "FC SLOAN." Figured walnut straight buttstock with checkered wrist and maker's black hard rubber buttplate and checkered beavertail forearm. Vacant silver shield escutcheon on underside of buttstock. Deeley release. Excellent condition, as refinished, showing little or no use, a few light scattered storage marks. Excellent bores. Buttplate missing large piece on left side.
