Rifle was made in 1958 and is referred to as the Lightweight version with the shorter barrel. Features ramp front sight with hood, folding leaf rear sight, blued finish, pistol grip checkered walnut stock with Monte Carlo comb, and Winchester red rubber recoil pad. Serial number etched on bolt (matching). Barrel retains approximately 98-99% original factory blue frame retains approximately 98% of the matte blue finish with a couple of minor storage scuffs. Trigger guard and floorplate retains approximately 97% blue with a couple of minor storage marks and high edge wear. Walnut stocks are excellent with original finish, checkering sharp, and some minor impressions. Has sling swivels. Excellent pre-64 Lightweight rifle.
