Gun A) A percussion side-by-side shotgun by W. Richards, signed on both locks. Good condition, barrels were painted black during period of use. Some surface rust on locks and areas with worn paint on barrels. Stock retains a dry finish, scattered marks from use. Gun B) Unsigned double barrel shotgun with back-action locks, steel mounted, walnut stock. Fair condition, left barrel has a series of dents near breech, pitted around bolsters, dark patina overall. Locks with some pitting and retaining dark patina. Right lock does not function properly, ramrod ferrules flattened. Stock refinished, scattered dents and marks from use.
