Manufactured in 1940. Considered one of the finest match target pistols ever manufactured. Features: blued finish, magazine fed, semi automatic, adjustable front sight, target rear sight with Colt silver medallion, checkered one piece "Elephant Ear" grips, comes with original Colt match target magazine, pistol has been fired, has high edge frame and barrel wear with light muzzle wear but still retains 95% original factory blue, grips are excellent, not cracked had some added finish and minor wear to checkering. Fine bore and action is housed in a 1950s Match Target Woodsman box, not matched for era.
