Manufactured 1969. This pistol started life as a standard Pre-Series 70 .45 Government Model. A long base Bo-Mar adjustable rear sight has been added as well as a high profile front sight. Front grip strap has been stippled. Mainspring has been changed to a serrated flat housing. A National Match barrel has been installed in the white. Bottom of the frame has two plugged holes; purpose unknown. All other parts are standard Pre-70. It is blued finish with checkered walnut panels that are later additions. Gun has been used with some high edge wear but remains in 85% condition. Should be an excellent target shooter.
