Manufactured by Mauser for the German military; they byf factory code was introduced in 1941; chamber is stamped “41” and front toggle stamped “byf”. Has a blued finish, no straw colors, blued aluminum bottom Nazi marked magazine with matching serial number, checkered walnut grip panels (not numbered). All numbers are matching. Retains 98% of the expertly reapplied blued finish with sharp legends. Nazi stamped on barrel and slide. Grips are near mint. Fine bore and action. This is the last of the serial numbered magazine models. Nice mid-war example.
