Tapered round blued threaded free-floating barrel marked "CAL. 338 Lapua Mag. MADE IN FINLAND". Parkerized octagonal action with polished bolt; marked on left side "SAKO TRG-42" with serial number; parkerized five-round detachable box magazine with safety inside trigger guard. Trigger has had precision work done and has a pull of one pound or less. Fiberglass target stock with matte black finish, adjustable comb and buttpad, pistol grip, and rail on underside for bipod. Fitted with a 6.5x20 Alaskan Guide scope. Very good condition; barrel retains 80% blue finish with various scattered areas of rust and circular wear pattern; threaded muzzle cover has some white paint and checkering. Action has been cleaned heavily on left side and retains about 50% thinning finish; bolt polished bright; scope mounts show some spotting from rust; scope has clear optics and some scattered marks from use on tube. Stock very good with some abrasions at butt and a 1" by 1/4" gouge on left side of forend.
