This fine pre war Colt single action Army revolver was manufactured in 1923. It is a standard six shot single action features the blued barrel, cylinder, backstrap and triggerguard with beautifully case colored frame and hammer with high polished blue screws and Colt black composition grips. While the cylinder shows no sign of burn, does have some light drag lines and some light wear at sides and tip of ejector rod housing. Frame and hammer retain virtually all of the original vibrant colors, grips are near mint, 98% barrel and cylinder blue, virtually all of the blue finish on triggerguard and backstrap, as new insides, comes in an original maroon box with proper in-label. Nearly complete but is missing a partial upper apron and some tape repairs. A fine extremely high condition pre war SAA.
