These pistols were manufactures from 1963-1964 only with 3037 manufactured. It is standard with blued finish single shot target sights factory drilled for scope with two piece walnut grips. this pistol remains near new condition inside and out, comes in a period original two piece box with proper end label and warranty card. The hawkeye was an interesting model. Winchester developed the round by necking down a 357 Magnum cartridge. The barrel was tapped for a one inch base, utilized a rectangular rotating breech block. This is one of the scarcer and harder to find Ruger pistols, especially in high condition due to the short production period and numbers.
