Manufactured 1954/55. This revolver built on the N target frame and referred to as a Pre-Model 27. It has been fully engraved with almost complete coverage with platinum and gold lines, finely executed scroll engraving; barrel has gold inlays, right side of frame has gold inlaid eagle with snake. The gun appears to be unfired since it was engraved and sports a fine pair of two piece ivory grips. Features six shot, double action, high Patridge front sight, adjustable rear sight, matted top frame and rib with case colored hammer and trigger. One of the most spectacular gold and engraved Pre-Model 27s that we have seen.
