Includes the base and the top bowl. The spigot and lid are missing. Both pieces have the Wheeling Pottery stamps on the bottom and retain the original paint. The base is in good condition with some gold loss to the bottom edge. There is also some light lifting of the surface of the very bottom of the base. The top bowl section has a stress crack running vertically and horizontally on the left hand side. There is a prominent chip on the top rim, the bottom spout has been chipped off and a few areas of paint loss to the script.
