With a hole in the center of the platform and a lever on the back that triggers a blade to slice across the hole. 1 - Odd-Even cigar cutter. Spinning the helm-shaped wheel moves blades across the two holes. 1 - Aleppo High Grade Cigars/ C.H. Guppy Co. Portland. Pressing the lever slides a blade across the two openings.
