Great book which details various Supreme Court rulings beginning in 1920 affecting Copyright Infringement and Trademark protection of the Coca-Cola Company, detailing numerous claims against other companies that mimicked their brand. Also includes many nice color plates inside the book comparing the Coca-Cola various logos and products with the imitators. Book shows some soiling with minor wear to the spine. Some toning to the pages.
