Early 1947 felted Speidel Bert Parks Mechanical Display with Display bracelet mounted in the center of the display. Display does not operate. Light is out on front portion of the display. Reads "Your Watch Looks Grand with a Speidel Band" on feted marquee. Soiling through out but maintains stable structure. Wear through out the base. Rotating pallet has suited gentleman with mic and reads "Bert Parks Stops the Music for Speidel". Overall condition is good.
