Features Wimpy and Olive Oyl in a diving bell, Popeye fishing while wearing a driving helmet and Sweet Pea at the end of Popeye’s fishing rod wearing her own diving helmet. The background sea abounds with colorful fish and a treasure chest spilling out its gold. Outstanding condition with a very clean bottom, minimal wear and some visible rust on the inside bottom. Provenance: Collection of Carl Lobel.
